Information collected
When you fill out a form on this site (relocation guide, home value request, careers application, or newsletter signup), we collect what you enter: name, email, phone number, and any other details the specific form asks for (property address, timeline, license status, and similar). Form submissions are sent to and stored in Google Forms and Google Drive under Phong Tran's Google account.
If you opt in to text message updates through our SMS program, your phone number and consent status are stored for that purpose. See the SMS Terms & Conditions for how that program works, including how to stop messages at any time.
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it (pages viewed, general location, device type). This is aggregate usage data, not tied to your name unless you've also submitted a form. YouTube videos embedded on this site may set their own cookies when played; that's controlled by YouTube/Google, not by us directly.
How information is used
Information submitted through a form is used to follow up with you directly about the real estate services you asked about, buying, selling, relocating, or joining as an agent. Phone numbers collected through the SMS program are used only to send the text updates you opted into. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Third parties involved
We use Google Forms, Google Drive, and Google Analytics to collect and store form submissions and site usage data, and CallRail to manage call and text tracking. Each of those companies has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data on their platforms.
Your choices
To stop text messages, text "STOP" to 503-622-8184 at any time. To ask what information we have on file, request it be deleted, or ask any other question about how your information is handled, email phong@tranpropertygroup.com directly.
Real Broker
The Momentous Group operates under Real Broker, LLC. Real Broker may have its own separate privacy practices for brokerage-level services that aren't covered by this policy.
Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
