Build your real estate business here

Licensed buyer's agent / showing agent opportunity with The Momentous Group | Real Broker: real mentorship, real leads, and a real path to running your own book of business. Not a place to just hang your license.

The opportunity

More than a showing position

I'm building this out and looking for the right agent to build it with me, not filling a desk. You'll start by assisting with property showings, inspections, open houses, and client appointments while learning how I actually work with buyers. As you gain experience and show you can manage clients on your own, you take on more responsibility, work qualified leads, and start developing your own pipeline. The goal is to help you become a confident, independently producing agent, not to keep you running showings indefinitely.

Leads

You won't start from zero

You'll work qualified leads and learn how to turn them into real clients and closings. Prove you can handle more, and you get more.

Mentorship & training

Learned inside real transactions

You'll learn lead conversion, buyer consultations, showings, offers and negotiations, inspections, transaction management, and follow-up alongside an active producing agent, not guessed at alone.

Build your own business

The long-term goal is yours

Your own sphere, referrals, past-client relationships, personal lead gen, your own pipeline. The better you get, the more independence and opportunity you get.

Who I'm looking for

Not someone who just wants to hang their license somewhere

Someone who wants to build something. If that's you:

New agents welcome

Newly licensed with no book of business yet? Good.

This can be a real way to gain experience and learn the business alongside an active producing agent. You don't need to know everything. You need to be willing to learn, work hard, communicate, and take exceptional care of clients.

Common questions

What people usually ask

Do I need to already be a licensed real estate agent?

Yes. You need to currently hold a real estate license in Oregon and/or Washington. You don't need any production or a book of business yet. If you're newly licensed and haven't closed a deal, that's exactly who this role is built for.

Do I need to live in the Portland Metro area?

Yes. This role involves in-person showings, inspections, open houses, and client appointments across Portland Metro and SW Washington, so it isn't remote-friendly the way working with a buyer or seller client can be.

What's the compensation structure?

Performance-based, built to reward both the work you do for the team and the business you generate yourself, plus Real Broker's revenue share and equity program on top of production. Exact structure depends on your role, experience, and where the business comes from. It's discussed directly during the interview.

I'm brand new with no clients or experience. Can I still apply?

Yes. New agents are welcome. You don't need to know everything on day one. You need to be willing to learn, work hard, communicate, and take real care of clients.

Will I actually work with you, or just get handed leads and left alone?

You'll work directly alongside me as an active producing agent, shadowing real showings, offers, negotiations, and transactions, not figuring it out solo. This is early-stage: you'd be one of the first agents helping build this out, not joining an established team you never interact with.
